Class Information

A mix of tumbling and acro techniques geared for those interested in integrating these techniques into their dance training as well as students wanting to brush up on skills or learn new ones for other disciplines.

Students will be instructed appropriate to their skill level ranging from the very beginner (handstands, rolls, cartwheels etc.) to the more advanced level (aerials, handsprings, flips, twists, etc.). Classes employ a wide variety of training practices to give the learner strength, flexibility and agility that will help them achieve a better bodily awareness.
