Class Information

If you are working on your cartwheel, back handspring, or full twist we have a class for you! We can also help you prepare for middle and high school cheerleading.


Pre-K Tumble

Introduces basic movements and drills to help each athlete progress to the strenght and skills that will be worked on in Tumble 1.


Tumble 1

Works on all weight-bearing skills and transitioning into rotational skills. The tumbler learns to push through straight arms and shoulders to connect the body.

  • Back Walkovers
  • Back Roll


Tumble 2

Works on all rotational skills.

  • Back Handsprings
  • Front Handsprings
  • Back Tucks
